Reflect IT Service LLC provides digital services including (but not limited to): web and mobile development, software engineering,
cloud implementation, technical SEO/SEA, and (where applicable) SaaS tools.

3. Service Agreement & Statement of Work (SOW)

All projects are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or written agreement defining scope, deliverables, timeline,
and commercial terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the SOW, the SOW takes precedence.

• Changes outside scope may require a written change request and updated pricing/timeline.
• Delivery timelines are based on agreed inputs (e.g., assets, content, approvals) being provided on time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website or any platforms we develop. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use our services or deliverables for illegal activities or to infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, servers, or networks.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any proprietary SaaS tools provided by us, except where permitted by law.
• Introduce malware, scripts, or actions that could degrade or disrupt service performance or security.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reflect IT Service LLC retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, reusable components,
and internal tooling used to deliver services. Project-specific deliverables ownership and usage rights are defined in the SOW.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, logos, and materials you provide to us.

6. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms, invoice schedule, and milestone structure are defined in the SOW or proposal.
If payments are late, delivery may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, Reflect IT Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law and, where applicable, capped as described in the SOW.

8. Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or free from vulnerabilities. Any reliance on information on this site is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
